Summer, it’s finally here! Well, almost. We’ve made it to spring and summer is not too far. At the Showroom, we’ve been talking about perfect summer looks, writing a few blogs, even releasing a new SS19 collection: “with love,” all in anticipation for well needed sun!
Although the wait is nearly over, there’s a few occasions where you just can’t wait for summer to come to you, and destination weddings are one of them! Over this past winter, many of our Mani Jassal brides travelled to beautiful destinations for their perfect beach wedding.
With a wide variety of looks to choose from, 2019 destination weddings have so far been dominated by bright colours and soft pastels. Pieces from the, “with love,” collection such as the EROS series combines various summer musts such as florals, ruffles, light-weight fabric, and of-course, daring cuts! Fabrics like raw silk and light chiffon are two favourites amongst clients when shopping for destination weddings. A signature Mani Jassal style, our various Jacket Dresses have been a go-to piece as a luxury cover-up for some beach downtime during wedding festivities. You’ll also see a few head-turners from previous collections making their mark for our 2019 brides.
We love winter just as much as the next Canadian, but warmer weather is undoubtfully the perfect time to wear our light-weight, skin baring, bright and gorgeous summer pieces. Here’s a peek at a few looks that took us outside the country to tropical destinations for wedding fun.
