Currency

For your convenience, we convert our prices to the following currencies: INR, GBP, USD, AUD, EUR, and JPY. However, we charge in Canadian dollars or American Dollars.

Duties & taxes

Canada: Sales tax will be charged according to the province of delivery. You will not be charged any duties upon delivery.

International: Your order will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis, and may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. For more information, please consult your local customs office. Extra charges may apply. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping time

Please allow 4-7 days for processing and the additional time line stated in the product's product description. If you order multiple items, all pieces will ship together. Orders usually will not be shipped the same day they are placed. If you require a rush order, please email us before placing your order to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline. Rush orders are subject to additional fees. Please see our shipping rates here.

Product

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

manijassal.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Only one form of payment may be used per order. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

 Alterations

Alterations are additional and are only offered on MANI JASSAL pieces. We do not offer alterations on other brands. Alterations will not be offered once a piece has been worn. Alterations are not offered on sale merchandise.

Discounted Price

All sales are final. Alterations will be an additional charge. There will be no rush orders available. There will be no price matching if the product has been previously purchased at full price. Promotions cannot be combined in separate transactions.

Sale T&C

All sales are final. Alterations will not be provided on sale pieces. Any items that are sold as a set, count as 1 item. There will be no price matching if the product has been previously purchased at full price. Items are first come first serve. We do not offer holds. All pieces are sold in their current condition. Some are lightly used samples from photo shoots and have minor imperfections. As part of our promotional offer, the complimentary item provided in our buy 3, get 1 free deal will be the one with the lowest price. Products will be shipped according to the shipping timeline indicated in each product's respective description. Curb-side pickup available following the timeline indicated in each products respective description. Promotions cannot be combined in separate transactions. Virtual Consultation for Sales

Virtual consultations will be taken if time permits, but in-person shoppers will take precedence during virtual consultations, we can provide advice on sizing, but final sizing decisions are at the client's discretion. All sales are final.

By purchasing from the 91 Pop-Up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. ALTERATIONS – Skirt length alterations are available for an additional $110 CAD. However, we highly recommend getting alterations done locally for convenience.
3. ONLINE ONLY – This pop-up is exclusively available online through the Mani Jassal website. No in-person shopping or pickups are available.
4. LIMITED AVAILABILITY – Items in this pop-up are available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability.
5. PRICING & CURRENCY – Prices are listed in CAD on the Canadian site and USD on the U.S. site. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY – Orders will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
7. ORDER PROCESSING – Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS – In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
9. SIZING & FIT – Please refer to the size guide before purchasing. As this is a final sale event, exchanges for size adjustments will not be offered.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS – Any promotional offers or discount codes cannot be applied to past orders. Prices during the pop-up are final.
