APPOINTMENT POLICY

APPOINTMENT AND SHOWROOM ETIQUETTE  

  1. Text or call us when you arrive at +1 647-898-7737. Please make sure to arrive exactly at your appointment timing. We will be conducting thorough cleaning measures before and after client appointments. 
  2. We ask that you only try on pieces that you are really considering purchasing. A maximum of 5 looks is available for clients to try on. We ask that you browse our website before your appointment, so you can narrow down your selection. We sanitize the products and fitting rooms after each use. Please make sure to keep your mask on while you are changing in the fitting room.
  3. Please be respectful of the delicate nature of the merchandise when trying on pieces.
  4. In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a credit card to secure any future appointment and charge $50 for any future no show. The Mani Jassal team will email you an invoice, which much be paid in advance of your appointment by credit card or PayPal and is redeemable toward a purchase.
  5. We recommend booking an appointment so we can best accommodate you. Appointments are recommended. Clients who have booked an appointment will always be given precedence.
