APPOINTMENT COVID POLICY

APPOINTMENT AND SHOWROOM ETIQUETTE WITH COVID POLICY 

 The safety of our clients , employees and family is utmost important to us so it is VERY important that you please read our COVID policy that we have put into place to ensure the safety of everyone before coming into your appointment . 

  1. Please wear your mask at ALL times during your appointment. Masks for the MKJ Team , and clients is mandatory. We ask that you wear the mask at all times during your appointment. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in us having to turn you away unless previously discussed.
  2. We will be doing a temperature check upon entrance. 
  3. Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival. Please make sure to sanitize upon arrival
  4. Please fill out the safety guidelines before entering . A sanitized pen will be provided. If you are feeling sick before your appointment, or have travelled within the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone that has travelled outside of he country in the last 14 days , please reschedule your appointment to a later time. We will have to turn you away if we see you have any symptoms of being sick.
  5. If you would like to wear gloves, we can provide them for you upon entrance. We will ask you to remove the ones you already have on.
  6. We know a big part of finding your perfect outfit is bringing your loved ones with you to your appointment. In order to keep our families and staff safe we are asking that you bring yourself and only one additional guest with you if you need to. You are more than welcome to video call your friends and family members during the appointment so they are included in the festivities  Please refrain from brining young children to your appointment. 
  7. In order to keep each other safe, we would like to designate the showroom exclusively for you during your appointment time.
  8. Text or call us when you arrive at +1 647 898 7737 . Please make sure to arrive exactly at your appointment timing . We will be conducting thorough cleaning measures before and after client appointments. Appointments will alternate every other hour, with a 1 hour cleaning and sanitization period between each consultation.
  9. We ask that you only try on pieces that you are really considering purchasing. A maximum of 3 looks is available for clients to try on. We ask that you browse our website before your appointment, so you can narrow down your selection.  We sanitize the products and fitting rooms after each use. Please make sure to keep your mask on while you are changing in the fitting room.
  10. Please let us know if you would like the designer to attend your appointment for a consultation fee of $150 redeemable toward a purchase.
  11. Please be respectful of the delicate nature of the merchandise when trying on pieces.
  12. In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a credit card to secure any future appointment and charge $50 for any future no show. The Mani Jassal team will email you an invoice, which much be paid in advance of your appointment by credit card or PayPal and is redeemable toward a purchase.

  4. Although we would love to accommodate walk in appointments , this however Is no longer possible. Appointments are Mandatory and walk-ins will be turned away.
