APPOINTMENT COVID POLICY

APPOINTMENT AND SHOWROOM ETIQUETTE 

  1. Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival. Please make sure to sanitize upon arrival
  2. We know a big part of finding your perfect outfit is bringing your loved ones with you to your appointment. In order to keep our families and staff safe we are asking that you bring yourself and two additional guest with you if you need to. You are more than welcome to video call your friends and family members during the appointment so they are included in the festivities  Please refrain from brining young children to your appointment. 
  3. Text or call us when you arrive at +1 647 898 7737. Please make sure to arrive exactly at your appointment timing. We will be conducting thorough cleaning measures before and after client appointments. Appointments will alternate every other hour, with a 1 hour cleaning and sanitization period between each consultation.
  4. We ask that you only try on pieces that you are really considering purchasing. A maximum of 5 looks is available for clients to try on. We ask that you browse our website before your appointment, so you can narrow down your selection. We sanitize the products and fitting rooms after each use. Please make sure to keep your mask on while you are changing in the fitting room.
  5. Please be respectful of the delicate nature of the merchandise when trying on pieces.
  6. In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a credit card to secure any future appointment and charge $50 for any future no show. The Mani Jassal team will email you an invoice, which much be paid in advance of your appointment by credit card or PayPal and is redeemable toward a purchase.
