Introducing Scorpius 2.0, the newest addition to the Mani Jassal Scorpius capsule collection. This second release showcases a newer range of colours and brings new crystal-inspired colours. Inspired by the stars and Mani’s own zodiac sign, Scorpius is a jewel-filled collection made for all brides.
The thoughtfully curated pieces offer a blend of traditional handiwork with modern flourishes in the brand's signature silhouette. The Scorpius 2.0 sets include the Lucknowi skirts and a net Lucknowi dupatta - which are ready to purchase (skirt in size large but can be altered, alteration fees are included in price) along with a silk top that can be created in any signature Mani Jassal style.
The circle skirts are hand-crafted elegant full-length skirts, that use the traditional chikankari technique from Lucknow and rich badla metal work. The intricate, labour-intensive chikankari work is done on silk georgette. The matching Lucknovi dupatta is also embroidered using chikankari and badla technique - finished with its own hand emborided border.
The Scorpius 2.0 sets are available in eight colours all named after their corresponding crystals. Find your perfect match in either Topaz, Turquoise, Rose Quartz, Emerald, Lapis, Nephrite, Jade or our fan favorite Ruby which we brought back from the first release. Pick the blouse that best expresses you: modern minimalist, ultra-feminine and delicately detailed, playful and flirty or bold and sexy.
Each skirt comes with 1.5 meters of matching plain silk crepe fabric so you can select your own style of top. Choose from seven different silhouettes: a bustier, bustier with sleeves, scoop bustier, scoop bustier with sleeves, one-shoulder top, modest silhouette or a classic MKJ top.
