How do I book an appointment?

Click here to book an appointment. You can also  email info@manijassal.com or call +1 647 898 7737 to book an in store appointment or  to book a virtual design consultation. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we always recommend booking an appointment for bridal.

Do I have to book an appointment?

No, walk-ins are welcome. Appointments will always be given precedence. This is why we recommend booking an appointment. Click here, give us a call, or an email. It's easy to book!

What are the showroom hours?

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes we do! Most of our clientele is international and we love offering virtual consultations. Clients can speak directly to a style expert while seeing all options in showroom. Click here to book.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you do custom designs?

No we do not offer custom designs. We have a wide range of collections for you to shop from, giving you peace of mind that you will be receiving what you see. Certain changes can be made on select pieces such as sleeve lengths, and necklines. Our made to order pieces have more flexibility on design changes. Email info@manijassal.com to find out more. Please note additional charges could apply. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

What is the different between MADE TO ORDER and MADE TO MEASURE?

Made to Order means that the piece goes into production after you have placed the order in the standard size you ordered. Made to Order pieces have more flexibility in slight design changes like neckline, sleeve length etc. Email info@manijassal.com for more information. 

Made to Measure means that the made to order pieces are made into your measurements.
If you are unable to come to the store to provide your measurements, one of our team members will take your measurements for you virtually to ensure accuracy.

What is the difference between ready to purchase and made to order?

Ready to purchase pieces are ready to ship. These pieces are typically available in standard sizing from XS-XXXL. If you do not see your size, we offer alterations on these pieces at an additional cost. Please reach out to us if you have questions on alteration costs.

Made to order pieces go into production once the order has been placed making it a more sustainable practise. The production and ship times can be found in the products' product description page. We do everything in our power to ensure the timelines listed online are met. If you require rush orders, please reach out to the team before placing your order.

Do you ship globally?

What are shipping charges?

We are happy to provide FREE shipping within Canada and the United States of America on orders OVER $350 CAD (before taxes and duties). 

CANADA $40 CAD (FREE SHIPPING IF YOU SPEND OVER $450 CAD)

US $40 CAD  (FREE SHIPPING IF YOU SPEND OVER $450 CAD)

AFRICA $100 CAD

ASIA (EXCEPT INDIA)  $100 CAD

INDIA $150 CAD (Customer may also be charged an additional 80% Customs and Duties when the parcel arrives in India. This additional fee is the responsibility of the customer and not the company)

How does mixing and matching work?

The great thing about our pieces is that you can mix and match however you like. You do not have to purchase all 3 pieces as seen in the outfit (unless it is a set). We like to give you the freedom to play stylist. Please reach out to one of our style experts if you have any questions about styling and sizing.

How long does it take to receive the pieces?

Each product has its own production and ship time. Please see the individual product's product description to see the timeline. We do everything in our power to ensure we meet these timelines. If you require a rush order, please reach out to our team before placing your order.

Can you do express shipments?

Depending on the time of year we may be able to accommodate express shipments and rush orders. Please reach out to our team before placing an order. Rush and express orders may be subject to additional charges.

Products

Is there room for adjustment in the pieces?

We do leave some space in our pieces for minor alterations. Most of our skirts have a hidden draw string allowing you to cinch in the skirt in case of any fluctuation in size.

Can you alter the ready to purchase pieces?

Yes. Alterations are additional. Please contact our team to find out more.

What is your alterations policy?

How do I figure out what size I am?

We have a size chart and a measurement guide that you can refer to figure out your sizes. We also offer virtual consultations with our style experts to assist you in figuring out your perfect size. If you are ordering made to order pieces, we will make them exactly in the sizes provided during the virtual consultation.

How do I take care of the garments?

Most of our garments require professional-cleaning or hand washing. Please read each product's product description to see how to clean it best. Cleaning techniques may vary from material to material.
