Sales Associate 

-Display excellent customer service skills to reflect MANI JASSAL's luxury brand standards
-Exhibit motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual sales goals making your customers’ experience unique and unforgettable
-Build customer loyalty through active client development
-Learn and participate in required training to help with the regular introduction of new products and services
-Help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
-Must be available to work weekends

PERSONAL PROFILE
-Previous experience in achieving sales targets in a Fashion/Luxury retail environment
-Genuine interest and love for fashion and styling, knowledge of current trends
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, team player
-Organised, able to multi task and problem solve while working with pace

Social Media Marketing Assistant

-Assist in managing social media platforms and creating relevant posts
-Assist in managing marketing administrative tasks
-Work with Graphic Designers to prepare sales/marketing materials and proof for print
-Coordinate and/or assist with mailings
-Coordinate pull requests for magazines, influencers, bloggers
-Make updates/changes to MANI JASSAL’s website
-Respond to consumer questions that come through the websites
-Prepare email blasts using Shopify and manage recipient lists
-Create best practice protocols
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations

Required skills:
-Post-secondary education in Marketing/Communications
-2 years of related work experience
-Must be social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Shopify)
-Highly Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
-Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Must have a good eye for colour, language and details
-Must be able to time-manage and multitask efficiently
-Must have a passion for fashion

EXTRAS !!
-Knowledge of Shopify
-Digital photography using DSLR

Production Assistant 

-Must know how to use an industrial sewing machine and serger
-Highly experienced in the manufacturing of garments
-Must be available to work at least 3 days a week
-Have experience in cutting and sewing garments
-Grading knowledge is a plus
-Have gone to a fashion / fashion related program
